Default Can somebody help me?

Ive just brought fm08 downloaded patch etc etc but i just dont seem to be able to win and just concede stupid goals.

i set both the individual player settings and the team instructons but i don't seem to have any luck!

am i beter off just setting the team settings how i want them to play as a team and then not bother too much with the individual settings maybe only tweaking a few i.e who i want to make forward runs etc?

please help i just want the fun put back into fm

cheers

I would set a neutral formation, but have arrows going forward for your players who can do well running, shotting, etc.
Just set counter attack. Dont be too precise or else, like wats happening to you, your team cant play how they want, you need to set the formation how they prefer to play.
Hope this helped

What I would do is:

GK
SW SW
DL DR
DM
ML MR
AM
ST ST

You might be a bt confussed but, this formation really helpe me.
With you Team INstructions, just up the pace, more creativity and do Counter Attacks.
Dont do Player instructions.
I was manager of Hartlepool and this formation got me to Championship league, and that was with out buying any new player.

Tell me if you like it
