Default Youth Training For the Long Term good of the club

I'm currently coming to the end of my 3rd season with Notts County on FM07. The first season i was allowed the time to 'Invest in new players and rebuild the squad'. I finished 11th that season and my second season was to 'Get a respectable league position'. Now the club has stabilised and i've established a tactical and team template i want to setup the club for the long term and that means youth.

I'm currently using the default youth training and have only 1 youth coach. I'm not really getting any good attribute increases but i'm getting alot of injuries which i can see is hampering my youth Players development. I'd like people opinions on what you think is best as well as what i intend to do. So my plans are as follows

1, Recruit better Youth coach(es). I'm limited by only one possibly two as one of my coaches has left. I'm looking at getting one in who has attributes in Working with Youngsters(15+), Judging player ability/Potential(10+/10+), Discipline (10+), Fitness (18+). Hopefully this might help avoid injuries

2, Change to my own setup that focuses on Strength, Aerobics, and Tactics. Is this a good idea or should i go position specific as i've done with the first team (Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders, Strikers).

3, Blooding them. I currently do the following as regards players between 17-21. 17-19 Reserves and occasional first team introduction against opponents from league below. 19-21 Loom for them to break into the first team by starting off as subs and then introudicng them as needed (Injuries, Loss of Form etc).

4, What should i update when the finances allow it. Do it do the training ground or do i invest in youth facilites. What would be your recommendation. The club has about 650,000 in the bank and no debts.

Default

I always do my youth training. I pretty much juest tweat the general one to suit.

I normally have:

DF: Shooting down to 1 click, move the Defending/Tactics up till Heavy, click one back to bring the training to medium

MF: Keep most in the middle, not so much on the shooting

ST: 1 Click of Defending, rest put on to shooting, BC
