Need a very good CB for £1.1m in Jan 2009 (I'm in the Championship)

Need a very good CB for Sheffield Utd, I'm in the Championship and it's coming up to January 2009 transfer window.

I have Leigh Bromby, Meite (Ivory Coast defender), Danny Higginbotham and Russell Anderson. These are ok but not great. I'll probably have another £1.5m to spend but do you know any class CB's who'll play in the Championship and are valued at between £1m-£2m.
