Have a look in the tactics forum for a start then look for B1G_D's tactic it seems to work for everyone else

i play 4-4-2 diamond attacking i have won champs league, la liga & copa del rey in my first season, now on my second just bought daniel alves and essian ( scout said definite purchase) van Nistelrooy finished top goal scorer 43 gols
