Default Leagues with B teams?
Can someone tell me if there are any playable leagues in FM that have B teams in them also. I already know of Spain and Germany and Holland but are there any lower quality leagues with B teams?

I said lower quality leagues. Spain , Russia, Ukraine and maybe even Romania are to good quality leagues. Denmark and Sweden are ok. Any others?
