i want to give myself a higher salary budget in editor but whenever i start a new game there is no change. does anybody know what i'm doing wrong. thanks in advance

I've been annoyed by that for a while now, I sign about 3 players and thats my wages done in... I have asked the board for more wages sooo many times and they've accepted once. It was like trying to get blood out of a friggin stone. I do believe it depends on things like the Chairman's ambition and the club's reputation though, so it might be worth looking at those. Ciao!
