Default how can u make unhappy players happy again?
i have 2 players that have slight concerns, they are worried by the lack of managerial discipline. how can this be solved?

That's only minor, just don't worry about it and it should go away soon.

However next time one of your player gets red carded for a bad offense, you should probably take some disciplinary action. That should solve it completely.
