 Getting a new stadium
How do I go about getting a new stadium? I'm currently playing as Dinamo Kiev and the max capacity is about 12k. Every time I go to the board and ask, I get told "the board would like to remind you that the club does not own the stadium."
Is there something I can do to ensure that the club will build a new one? I assume I have to up the club's balance but are there other things to consider?
Btw, on an unrelated note, what has happened to the players' match ratings? Most of my squad average under 7 despite their ability. Is this a bug? I hope so, I've always used an average of 7 to judge who I will keep and who will be shown the door. I'm finding average ratings of 6.70 a bit of a headf73k
