try using some of the tactics mentioned on other threads alonso follows it ins and jambo daves tactics are amongst the most popular.
Try Carlos acuna from cadiz also look at the threads for top goalscorers theres a number mentioned. It all depends on how big your transfer budget is to who you can sign.

If you can get Huntelaar I would go for him or Maxi Lopez is also good.

for lower league sides luke bowden is good. i had him in the sheffield owls challenge and he scored 23 goals in my first season befor my data became corrupt
