Looking at the next 11 games(before we play Chelsea at Stamford Bridge), we should possibly win ALL the games :

Bolton - H
Reading - A
Man U - H
Portsmouth - H
Derby County - A
Man City - A
Wigan - H
Middlesborough - A
Aston Villa - H
West Ham - A
Sunderland - H

Tricky games will be obviously Man United at home and Man City away, but I believe if we can get minimum 27 points from these games, we will be definitely challenging for the title up to the very end.
