1. Will the new patch be loaded to this game upon opening it from the box (either from an automatic game update - or it being already on the CD - inclduing the new fixes and updated data)

2. Will there be any form of editor to allow us to move players to different clubs?

From what i know, the answer to 1. is yes.

The answer for 2. I've been searching for these past few months. The weather's been harsh, the terrain extreme, and still I've not found the grail.

I've not actually seen someone from SI say that. Only people from the community? Do you have a link to where you saw that?

I wont be getting this game on 360 without a patch, given the huge amount of fixes in the patch..

There won't be an editor with the Xbox 360 version and I don't know the answer to the other question.

It won't contain the full fixes of the 7.0.1 patch though as that is still in development and the Xbox 360 game was finished a while ago (it has to go through a lengthy certification process)
