Hey guys,

I'm staying with a couple of friends in New York over new year, and I'm really keen to get tickets for an NFL game. Good present for them, good present for me. I understand that the only way to do get tickets is through unofficial means?

It would appear that the Giants are playing Patriots on the 29th - i'm going to rule that out as the ticket prices are extortionate. So I'm looking at the Jets-Chiefs on the 30th. Loads of websites sell tickets, and they look pretty decent and not dodgy. There's eBay as well of course.

Where's the best place to get hold of them? Anywhere I should avoid so I don't end up with tickets like Homer's to the Superbowl in the Simpsons?

You'll get tickets fairly easily - the Jets suck this year and most season ticket holders don't want to go.

Look at the official site for ticket sales - tend to be at face value.
