I thought I heard something in the build up to this game about being able to take your previous assistant and coaches with you when you move jobs. Is this right and if so how do I do it?

in one of my longer term games (due to the wonderful board confidence feature i;ve been unable to have any "true" long term games but i digress) i've moved jobs a couple of times and the only way i've been able to take my staff is buy transfering them as normal after i've moved. i have however seen staff get sacked (or leave) at the same time the manager has left, so i suppose it's a step in the right direction this year...

It's not something you do, they decide themselves. If you resign or get fired staff who have you as favoured personnel will leave with you, but not always.

There's a board confidence problem? I just got sacked from my post at Everton after winning the Uefa cup! This might explain it...

Anyway, cheers doesn't look like you can just lift them wholesale although it appears a few of my previous team were also shown the door.

Just got sacked yesterday
As I got the sack, the ass.man & 2 of the coaches decided to step down as well.

When I got a job a few ingame days later I could sign the coaches for my new club. The former ass.man wanted too much wages.

All 3 had me listed as fav. personnel btw
