On the levels of understanding/unity of the team, what odd notes have you got from your assistant manager?

Hehe. I've worked to make my team a true unit - having brought in as few players as possible when I got the blend I was seeking for. The current team has been about the same in 3 years or so - give or take a player or two. They all have good determination and team-work, so that might be a factor. I rarely see them go far behind or fail miserably in a game, and while I am the underdog in many games (Norwich in the PL in 2014) they still fight it out regularly. I love it!
