Default Extra transfer funds available
Just got the following message.
The board are pleased to announce that as a result of an improvement in the clubs finances,they are in a position to give you a transfer budget of &0. What! If i knew how to upload it i would do.(playing as Newcastle 2nd season).

try to adjust your weekly budget down some...that may give you a transfer budget
