So many of the personalities are so similar its difficult to determine which players you should use for tutoring. Is resolute better or just the same as determined, and is driven not just the same too. im thinking of using ageuro to tutor lulinha but dont know if driven would be a step up to Lulinha's resolute personality

I usually ignore their personality and use the player you want to tutor as a guide if you go on his personal page they sometimes have things like "thinks X is a good player," or "honoured to be at the same club as X." and get X to tutor them which delights the kid and has for me at any rate proved benificiall and occasionally leads to them becoming favoured personel to each other.

I would add 'similar type of player to...' to that list also.
