Default I am Smelly Fish Bum

Or i am as tight as!!

Sorry in advanced but as much as so called flaws within the game, I feel the need to share some of my over wheling success at my second season in charge of Blackburn.

Having spent a record $13M on relagated Sunderland Keeper Craig Gordon, My suspect defence became one of the tightest fishes you know what in league. I scrapped, I hacked, I buggered me off every match in one of the longest season in my FM career. But the wait was well worth it, with a great season for Rovers anyway.

My defence let only 23 goals through, second to Chelsea at 20, and in attack a reasonable effort of 52.

The season finished with intense style after a dream fixture, I had 4 of the big clubs to face holding a slender 4 point lead at top of the table to Man Utd who had a game in hand.

Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, I push them all the way, only to let Terry head home a 88min winner to grab the points. Else where, Man Utd get rolled by a plucky Everton away with a 6-1 result which kept my 4 point margin in tack.

I then host Arsenal at home, in a frustrating nil all result, with Man Utd picking up points against Portsmouth at home.

I then play Man Utd at Old Trafford, I return the favour with a 1 nil, 86th minute header from Christor Samba from a Pederson corner, which I shut shop, to close out the game.

The title is decided in the match of the round, I am at home againts a mid table liverpool. Commentry is picked up here -

Quote:
Uriah Rennie blows the whistle to get the match underway at Ewood Park under a slight drizzle. 10 mins in and Gerard plays a through ball, which catches the Rovers defencce flat footed, as Voronin is through and looks clear on goal, and with ease puts Liverpool ahead. Faty and Samba are protesting intensly in the face of Uriah Rennie, but he is having none of it, Scotish full back Hutton enter's the argument and is shown a yellow for his interference.

Chelsea loanee forward Sinclair looks lively around the box, when Carragher beaten for pace, obstruct's the nineteen year old, and Rennie points to the spot. Maceo Rigter steps up to level the score on the half hour. Blackburn fans look relived as the title match is back on.

Out at Reading the 24000 fans are hoping to dent the title hopes of Man Utd, but Rooney gives the away side the advantaged 5 mins after Blackburn equalise at Home.

After the restart, Shane long just after the hour equalises for reading, with Man Utd searching for another to pick up the title.

The affair at Ewood park is tight, with neither side looking to break forward. The home side dominate possesion for large periods. Sinclair uses his speed to split the Liverpool defence and beat Jose Reina with a well placed shot to send the 40000 fans into a frezny as Blackburn look on course to secure the title.

A deserved result for Rovers who have lead the table for most of the season!
Well I paid $80.000 au for the game, after the patch I think i just got my money's worth, its taken me over a week to complete the season and I have enjoyed every match.

Just needed to share this small but might victory, as my wife dosnt yet understand what has taken place here!

Well done!

Its nice to see someone saying how much they enjoy the drama's the game can bring, instead of moaning about how unreal it is.

And well done for winning the title with Blacburn, no easy feat!

I take it was the second season?

If so how did you do in the first?

Aye, good job! I always get spanked when I try and play with Blackburn.

Good to see someone taking their time and enjoying the season! No matter how annoying things get or how awful your team plays, it's still a good laugh!

How you managed to get the result you needed with Uriah Rennie in charge I'll never know!
