Is it possible to change the staff-role in some way on a already started game?
Changing so a coach becomes scout instead for example. FMM doesn't have that function but it shouldn't be more hidden than the other stats that i'm able to change with that program.

And can i force a player to be coach?

You can offer a scout a coaching contract, etc, but I don't think you can influence if they're going to accept the offer or not.

Okay, but if they reject?
The role they want are choosed by how high number 1-20 they have in the different roles. Can i change that number in some way? An editor?

Which editor? Didn't find out how with FMM.

I don't think there's a save game editor for FM2008, so I don't know for sure. I use a Mac and I haven't seen an editor for my platform either.

Presumably, in FMM you go to the individual and change their attributes.

FM community: can someone let AIK know how to do that?
