Just started a new game i started unemployed but soon joined Kayseripor(Something like that) in the turkish league signed about 15 players only to come to my first game and none of them can play. Can anyone help me out ?

Sorry mate but this is the registration bug that affect Turkish and Spanish league. There is nothing you can do unless wait for the next patch at febraury.
I suggest you to not manage in Turkey
