Contracts are running out for a lot of my staff. The only problem is the board wont let me offer what they want. In some cases they will only allow me to offer 75% of what the staff member is being paid now. Example, my assistant manager is on $47,000pw. However the board will only allow $36,000pw. Then there are a feew coaches on around $7,000 who want $15,000 but I can only offer $10,000. I've only got a few months before the contracts run out. I am 3.3mil under wage budget (reduced transfer budget).

Any ideas on how I can change what the board will offer? Could be a future feature, protest the limits the board places on individual wages.
