im 1st season with maidenhead and got offered are 35 year old striker from notts co for 1k why has this happened i havent even scouted this player or anything ?

Well when you offer out players to clubs it doesnt only offer it to clubs that have them scouted does it?

It's happened because notts co are looking to offload the player and think your club may be a realistic buyer.

is there a way i can offer a player to a team aswell ?

Yeah, just go onto the player's profile that you want to offer and there should be an option saying 'Offer to clubs'
