im a very sucessful manager and all my attribute are improving nicely except for my hands on attribute which has gone right done.

anyone know i need to doing to improve it

Perhaps you should try taking charge of the reserves and u-18s

my hands on, and domestic player bias are always really low. My others are high though

exactly the same with me. Domestic bias and hands on are at 5, while rest are at 17 and 16. I don't understand

do you go on holiday a lot?

Mine is at 20. All i do is set up training schedules for DC/Fullbacks/MC/Wingers/Strikers and then the same but youth schedules, then put all players into respective schedules at the start/after loans/new signings/youth intakes.
