Okay here is where I admit I'm not the genius I once thought I was. I have a strongish backbone to my team that won the Serie C1/A title with Genoa

Try to concede less goals than you score. That seems to work fine, generally speaking.

Honestly, I wouldn't know where to tell you to go. I've never looked for help with the game before, if my team struggles, I struggle too, and hope I either get sacked, or get a new job.
