i downloaded it off a syt on this website and started a new game i secletcted the database what it was on and i couldnt find zidine zidanes academy any1 no wer it is

It should pop up automatically when you select New Game if it hasn't then you may have downloaded a version which doesn't work properly.

There's one here which I used and it worked fine, it was fun for a bit, but got boring after a while.
