Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Twice now in 4 seasons after I've been told my new transfer and wage budgets for the next season, they never update and I'm left with what I had left over from the previous season (nothing in this case). The first time I was okay on wages but I needed the transfer funds so I asked for more and they gave me what they'd promised in the offseason. This time they refused both requests for wages and transfer funds.
