Board takeovers- can you "make them happen"?

This may seem a stupid question, infact it will, but is there any way to make your club-loving, completely worthless chairman want to leave? Ie: anything you can literally do to help speed the process of your chairman wanting to leave? Or is it completely random depending on results etc?

You can't do anything about it yourself. Happens at random I think.

You can edit the age of your chairman in FMM. Make him 80 years old and he will leave within a year.

What do board takeovers actually depend on? Reputation, Results, Finances?

I think that they happen randomly. But, like I said in my first post, if the chairman is an old greyhaired man he is very likely to leave.

If you like your job you shouldn't be wanting a board takeover as it is likely you will have to look for a new job aswell.

i was once in the middle of my 5th season wi Arsenal takeover from an american tycoon said he would look at my position..........

resulted in no offer of a contract and a sacking!

I have a new one on my hands right now, as the fans are looking to takeover the club (Benidorm) if they can raise the cash, as the club is having financial problems. In the meantime, I was just told that no transfers can happen until ownership is resolved. It seems weird though, as my chairman loves the club.

Do everything in you power to decimate the club's finances, that can make a takeover more likely.
