 Keeping Young Star Striker Happy
I have a very young star striker that I am worried about. He has scored 29 goals in 33 games and pretty much did the same last season helping us to promotion to the second division in Spain. I signed him to an improved contract a month or so ago when I saw the SIT by his name. He was relieved to sign a new contract and is now under contract for the next 3 years. He got a raise from making $70,000 to $200,000 a year. Now all of the sudden I see the SIT by his name again! He has a fairly determined personality and is feeling the pressure of expectations. It also says that he is considering his options. He was like this before and that all became better after he signed the new contract. Now he is back to where he was before. I can't afford to lose this guy. Any thoughts on how to handle this?
