Playing as Glentoran in the Carnegie Premier League I have a squad that is better than the rest of the league except possibly Linfield. I had some decent results in Europe and in the cups am doing well. I can beat the best teams in the league no problem on my day.

However, I'm being held back by inconsistency, I'll beat top half teams a few games in a row, then lose to the terrible teams at the bottom, I simply have no consistency and was wondering if anyone has any tips before this inconsistency gets me sacked?!
