I think it would be superb to run all leagues and good luck if you decide to give it a try :thup:

My PC is a decent spec, but most I have running is about 15 leagues, with all their divisions, something like 50-odd in total, with about three-quaters of the countries selected for player/staff data.

It's playable, although it does take time to process between pressing "continue".

I'd imagine you could run all (if not most) of the leagues with a Mac Pro PC, with it's 2 quad core processors and masses of memory capacity.
But then again, why would you want to? I often run certain regions. At the moment, it's the UK and ROI only. I've also retained all players from the UK and ROI.
