Default Add more countries to manage after the game started...
When I started playing I wanted to manage a Brazilian team and thats it. Now after 4 years i got bored and would like to add Spain and Italy to manage since i have a great reputation.
Can I do that even thou I started a game with only Brazil?

Unfortunately no. You would need to start over in order to manage in a different country.
