Default Scouting Knowledge
I am currenty the Ghana National Manager, but my scouting knowledge of this nation, dosnt even get a mention in my nation screen if which countries I have knowledge of??

how long have you been manager?? does take quite some time to build the knowledge up, alot longer than in 07.
