Hi, When selecting my team for FM08, obviously I look at the players stats but if they aren't performing in terms of their average ratings I dont play them. I was just wondering how much details I should & how much detail you guys look at things like number of shots on target, pass completion & succesful tackles etc..

I have a first 11 who i stick by throughout the season, there are obvious exceptions, if someone has been consistently hopeless i may drop them, similarly i rotate for cup games, but in general i don't pay too much attention to ratings/shot&tacke success.

Picking the same players regardless of form basically. i call it the sven approach
