Default Tutoring question; continued

Would it be better to link the "Driven" player to one who's fairly determined?

Or link the determined player to the fairly det.?

What about the "spirited" player, would he be a good tutor at all?

As I told you in the previous thread (you didn't believe me or what?), the tutor's determination should always be greater or equal to the youngster's, otherwise the youngster's determination will decrease (if tutoring is successful). Therefore check the determinations.

Usually, a determined player has better determination than a fairly determined one. So, it's a good idea to have a determined player tutoring a fairly detrmined one. The opposite is not a good idea.

Note: When I say "good idea", I don't mean that tutoring will be successful. I mean that IF it is successful, the youngster will really benefit.

Also, generally speaking, determined, professional, spirited, resilient, light hearted, personalities as tutors are very beneficial for youngsters (as long as the tutor's detrmination is greater than the kid's, as always). Unless of course the youngster already has a nice personality (that is, one of the above), in which case tutoring is too risky, unless you really know what you are doing.

So yes, a spirited tutor may really be beneficial.
