Big troubles with national teams.

I noticed that the coaches of national teams have not time contracts, while in reality this happens.
In this way especially benches of less famous national teams (such as Iceland, New Zealand, Honduras, for example) are never available!
The SI will add this feature in the next patch or in the near FM?

I love to manage "less famous" national teams and as for now the only way for it is cheating (add another manager -> retire -> "you" ask for that bench -> they offer the job...)
Not really a tragedy :p or a bug that makes the game unplayable, but time contracts for National Teams will be IMHO another little step to a masterpiece...

They definately do come up, just not as often. Since the expectations tend to be fairly low, things have to go ridiculously wrong to be fired. New Zealand came up for me after they got horsed in the Confederations Cup and I had a fun little run to the 2nd round of the World Cup, beating Iran to get there then getting out of a group with Croatia and Germany in it!

As for the other ones - Iceland are unlikely to come up probably, due to lack of players in the database and since the expectations will usually be 'dont embarrass ourselves' its unlikely a manager will be sacked if they done make it to the Euros. Honduras though HAVE definately come up multiple times for me after theyve performed poorly in the Gold Cup.

New Zealand, Iceland and Honduras were only examples. But you are right.
Since the expectations of these national teams are extremely low it is very difficult that their bench become free (that the coach at the beginning of this game being fired) or that you be fired (if you become coach of the same).
All this makes it extremely unpleasant to play with the national teams in FM08. In my opinion, this is a serious problem.
None of the SI can answer?
