Default super keepers are really annoyin me...

Does anyone else have a problem with these stupid annoyin keepers gettin man of the match everytime???
I have rooney, tevez, eto, fred, lulinha on my team all brilliant goal scores yet they need 10 chances before they score a goal.
Sometimes I find myself scraping a one nil win even though I have 25 shots on target...They need to fix this fast as well as those stupid media questions

It's a bug. Too many chances, especially good ones are created by the match engine. Although, tactics can be adjusted to convert more chances.

Still it shouldn't depend on YOUR tactics of the OPPOSITE goalkeeper is extra terrestal.

Cmon guys there is no such thing as a super keeper. All keepers in RL are freeks and can teleport themselves all over the place. Dont you watch football? Keepers are the gun baby yeh! What a f@#king joke! I dont mind watching decent attribute players play well, but when you see really bad ones do exactly the same thing as good ones you must be joking SI. The fag boys oh I mean fan boys will tell you its all your fault. Its your tactics that made that 7 reflexes keeper save 3 shots from point blank in a row zapping corner to corner.

PFFT I played sixteen years of football and watched it all my life. The keepers in this game since 07 have been way better that thier RL counterparts. And the worst part is lads its nothing to do with tactics. Always makes me laugh! Newsflash fan boys this is a programm its doing exactly what its supposed to. They made it do this. Thats why it hasnt been rectified. I want you guys to watch something for me. Watch when a player is about to shoot. The keeper starts moving well before ball is hit and all are hit straight at them. Its like they are magnets and the ball is metal. Watch it you will see. so its not tactics its the engine and SI's inability to make a realistic game. But anyway who freekin cares really. It is only a game, and a good one just infuriating at times. Not unlike RL football! Signed angry old opinionated defender.

Yeah, was just pointing out that more chances will be converted with some tactics rather than others. But I agree with what your saying.

Super Keepers only exist as a SI-created bandaid to the real problem, that the ME creates too many chances. DCs are the real issue, IMO, because they take poor angles when closing and don't drop back enough when an attack develops, and fall too easily when trying to get around the man with possession who's bearing down on goal. Also fullbacks that close down opposing fullbacks despite instructions not to, leaving the winger unmarked.

I very rarely have a game where there are less than 40 attempts on goal!

Way too many.

Both my keeps average over 7.5 in the premiership and they are both very average keepers - 1 is listed as good Championship and the other decent Championship with a chance to be a leading Premiership star.

But boy do those keepers keep me in the Premiership.

So yes, its the match engine. The keepers just appear brilliant as they are at the end of the move. The match engine just produces too much goal mouth action.
My best game is 5-5 away to Celtic in the UEFA. There were 49 attempts in that game!

Sorry, should have been minimum of 30 attempts a game.

Defensive intelligence is by far the biggest problem in the game for mine, and is at the forefront of so many match engine issues.

They dally on the ball, they don't clear their lines, they stop for no reason and their positioning is atrocious.
