Has anyone else seen any attribute changes in their staff? I made a note of my assistant's stats two years ago and some of them have changed, some gone two or three points up with others being reduced by a few points.

Is there a certain way of increasing their attributes in certain fields? Or is it just random?

the staff have a CA and PA too.

But like you can control the players PA in a way with training certain aspects, I can't see how you could control the staff's attributes, especially that of my assistant, who has seemingly random fluctuations.
