Which is the best team to start with in the lowest english leagues, in terms of finances and players quality?

Nottingham Forest have good players.

It's the second time I make a mistake

which league is Nott? I mean the lowest league not championship or similar. Sorry but I know very little about english teams

Well, there are two then as the lowest English division playable on Football Manager 08 is divided into North and South regions, the Conference or Blue Square league or whatever we are meant to call it now due to sponsorship.
