You need to unlock it by taking charge of a country and winning a trophy

If you're too impatient to achieve this yourself then you can always download a preferences file containing it from one of the threaads on this forum ... that'd be cheating of course .... but only you will know and while it might prey on your mind at times, I'm sure you'll survive the guilt

you have to wait till after a major international tournament, hopefully then a few managers will get sacked, then hope your good enough to get a national team job, then win the next tournament...
