I refer to the knowledge levels that people will have of certain countries. What do they actually do?

Knowledge effects the number of players that will appear on the player search screen.

The more knowledge you have for one nation, the more players from that country will appear when searching.

Used for scouting. If someone has Complete knowledge of Holland, they'll find you better players than say someone who has no knowledge at all.

But if you send a scout to a Country they have no knowledge of, they gain knowledge of that Country when they come back.

Also, someone with better knowledge will report more of a player's attributes.
