When playing away, do you still get gate receipts?

I believe you are allocated a set number of tickets which are sold to away fans by the club. The number depends on the away club's reputation and fanbase size.

awesome, how many away seats do championship teams usually have?

i only have 6000 stadium with woking, so was just wonderin, cos i bet i get more money by playing away!

You don't get any gate receipts from playing away. Your fans are allocated some parts of the stadium to be in there but all the money go to the home team.

It depends. It could be between 5-15% at some grounds.

Either way you don't get very much money. I don't know what teams are in the Championship on your game but if a team like Newcastle are, there's a good chance

Like Macyst says YOU Do Not get gate receipts for playing away unless it is a Cup match.

Surely if it was awesome to get some receipts, then when you play at home you would have to give money away as well.

The only money you get from Away games is Sponser money.

IIRC Your sponser pays you a set ammount every game. And in some cases you get a Win Bonus aswell.
