I think you'll be a favorite alright, just hidden from view at the moment possibly.

Alternatively, perhaps to gain full recognition, you need to ritually sacrifice yourself on the pitch at half-time, therefore earning "martyr" status.

As far as I know, you dont become a fan favourite until after you have left the cub. Makes no sense I know, but thats it

No. I'm fan favourite at the mighty Aldershot town, but i'm still there.

Maybe you just need to spend a bit longer at the club and keep on winning things? I think being a fan favourite generally comes from consistantly exceeding expectations. With your record it should just be a matter of time.

I remember in FM07 I was at Inverness Caledonian Thistle for about 15years, winning trophy after trophy but couldnt get myself into the favoured personnel list. You'd think winning the Uefa Cup and a few league titles up in Scotland apart from the Old Firm would guarantee you a legend at the club
