Default Will/Can small nations Ever improve on the game.

I am playing as the Solomon Islands, i have managed to get above New Zealand in the world rankings and 9 times out of 10 Beat them in the World Cup Quls and Oceania nations cup. But i can NEVER qualify for the world cup as i always lose the play off! Is it possible for enough good regens to come through to make Solomon Islands a world force!!!

Its highly unlikely, as you don't really see the Solomon Islands ever becoming a world force in football in real life do you? haha

For some reason it doesn't seem like countries change very much in long-term games (if you look at World Cup results decades down the line the same teams are winning, but if you look at Premier League tables you oftentimes have completely different teams being successful).
