He's a year older now - he probably feels he's past the stage where he wants to go on loan to MK Dons. Plus as people have said his reputation will no doubt have increased.

I'd like to see sentiment become a part of this, though, perhaps in a future version?

I think some players end up signing on a permanent basis with some clubs not because of their quality but because they enjoyed themselves there. In real life.

Well hopefully I can get him later on, maybe in January if he's still rotting in the Man Utd reserves.

IRL though if this were to happen I think he'd go on loan there again.. just my opinion though

IRL if he scored 41 league goals I think plenty of Championship clubs at the very least would want him.

I was playing Leeds and I tried to loan him but he rejected me and went to Morecame(sp?).

This is true.

I recalled a player from loan due to injuries.

I then get a news item saying he's unhappy at lack of first team football. We hadn't even had a game for him to play in.

Now I've got an unhappy player for no reason.

No-one else is interested though...
