I started out as england manager in january joined hibernian at the end of the season i left and went to newcastle im now in the 5th of september 08 and the scottish league still shows last years resaults and has not started a new year. Anyone no y or had this happen to them

I had a similar problem the first time I played 08. I had accepted some friendlies before the end-of-season screen came up, and I thought that might have had something to do with it.

Are you playing pre-patch or post-patch?

In that case, it's a known bug. The patch should fix it. I'm not sure whether it'll generate fixtures in your current game, but hopefully it will.
