I am currently managing nottm forest, i have been in the premierhsip 3 seasons and have finshed 15th, then 4th and 4th again. Somehow one of players has managed to win enlgish players player of the year every year. These were okaka (loan), walcott (loan), then lulinha in the third season. One of my players also managed to win runner up in the first season, Lee Martin!!!! (sold him for 1m season after). None of these players apart from lulinha seemed to warrant these awards.

Also just about every player that wins young player of the month has usually hardly player or been average or poor. I recokon this problem is probably due to the poor youth development.

Is anyone else seeing these problems
