From what I've read this is not the case.
As has been said teams will receive a flat fee lets say £5000 GBp per week while their player is representing their country in a World Cup/European Championship finals.
The players value (which is always open for debate) & current wage with his club will not be taken into account.
As for compensation for injuries as far as I know this is a seperate issue & will take ages for a common agreement to be settled upon. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I have read more into it and yep, i stand corrected, it'll be a flat fee regardless of the player.
