I have been managing Plymouth for 5 years, 4 in the Premiership. For the last 3 years the stadium has been expanded but the capacity at the end of each season keeps reverting to original specs. This makes it difficult to increase wealth and cashflow. I am in the situation now of having capacity of 21k but ground record of 26.5 k(last season). Is this a known bug?

Agreed; surprised he agreed to the expansion in the first place. However he did agree to sell Halmosi for a piddly amount taking the decision out of 'my' hands!!!!
