That's not an offensive act; maybe it is for you but not for the club. You can't discipline players with no (or dumb) reasons now.

Or praise theie recent performances etc!

You just get the option to say how good a player they are etc!

SI deemed to allow the game to choose when and when we couldnt discipline players for FM08.
