im trying to start a new game,i have patch 8.0.1 installed,,when i click start game,i get a message saying error in documents and settings,sports interactive,crash dumps.?????can anyone help? please.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling. This shouldn't affect any saved games\tactics that you have already got as the are stored in your documents folder i believe.
