Can anyone enlighten me as to just what determines the maximum number of coaching/scouting staff a club can have? Can it change over time. In my five years at a club with a limit of 6 coaches, and some fiarly high-flying success, my backroom staff are under ressure and my training is ineffective. Is it reputation?

I would also like to know. I'm currently allowed 1 coach, but have 6. They don't allow me to sign anymore.

Last year, with Carshalton, the level never went above 6 coaches allowed, despite having millions in the bank and winning the Prem and Champs League. It could be linked to reputation..
